Hirerra was created by a medical staffing agency that experienced firsthand how difficult and expensive job posting has become for small businesses and staffing agencies.

Over time, we watched major job boards, especially industry giants, change their policies in ways that made hiring harder, not easier. Free job postings became limited. Visibility began to depend on sponsorships. Costs increased without transparency. Employers were forced to pay more just to stay visible.

For small businesses and staffing agencies, this created an unfair playing field.

We didn’t build Hirerra because we wanted to compete with large job boards.

We built it because we needed another option.
